2. Product Specifications & Customization
While we strive for 100% accuracy, manufacturing tolerances apply. Aire Plus reserves the right to modify product designs to improve performance or comply with updated cleanroom standards without prior notice.
3. Limitation of Liability
Aire Plus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products in a cleanroom environment. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific goods in question.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia / Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia / Singapore.
